Stay healthy and energized with this Matcha Comfort Box!

This box contains:

1 x Premium, organic ceremonial matcha from Wazuka, Kyoto (30gr)
1 x Matcha Whisk (handmade chasen)
1 x Matcha Whisk holder (original kusenaoshi)
1 x Matcha Scoop (chashaku)
1 x Handmade Ceramic Matcha Bowl (every piece is unique )

Instructions

Before use, warm the bristles (strings) of your Matcha Whisk (chasen) in hot water for about a minute, so the bristles get wet and flexible.

Then take your Matcha scoop (chashaku) to add one scoop (about 1gr) of matcha to your matcha bowl.
Add 100ml of 90°C water and use the Matcha whisk (chasen) to whisk your matcha in a "W" movement (so don't make circles with your whisk!). This way all the matcha will get fully mixed and you'll create a fluffy layer of froth.

You are now ready to drink and enjoy your matcha!

Don't forget to rinse your Matcha Whisk with hot water after use, shake off excess water and place it back on the Matcha Whisk holder (kusenaoshi) to allow your whisk to reshape and dry.

Store your ceremonial matcha in the fridge.

Once opened, best to consume within 2 months (Matcha will lose its flavour over time if stored for too long).
